Auntie Di's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

1 large can of crushed or petite diced tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 pinch of crushed red pepper
2-3 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
1 can of sliced black olives
dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

Cook on low until ingredients are combined. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Don't overcook or you'll lose the fresh basil flavor.
